ElevenTen Systems Announces Participation in Newly Awarded Sourcewell Contract
Integreated engineering and manufacturing capabilities support
pre-engineered building solutions for eligible public entities.
Lenexa, Kansas - September 10, 2026 - ElevenTen Systems is pleased to announce its participation in the newly awarded Sourcewell contract for PreEngineered Buildings with Related Materials and Services, creating a streamlined purchasing path for eligible government agencies, schools, universities, and other public entities.
Through this award, ElevenTen brings its integrated engineering and manufacturing capabilities to a national partnership—providing complete structural engineering, panelized cold-formed steel systems, structural steel, and cross-laminated timber (CLT) hybrid structures.
Contract #051926-RLT, held by our construction partner Reliant Construction, brings these capabilities together with building solutions from Nucor Buildings Group and Morton Buildings.
One coordinated approach to the building structure
ElevenTen’s role extends from early structural planning through engineering, fabrication, and delivery. Our team evaluates
building systems around each project’s architectural goals, budget, schedule, and installation requirements, bringing multiple
structural materials together into a coordinated solution.
Our capabilities include:
-Complete structural engineering: In-house engineering for the building’s structural system, including foundations, framing, and connections.
Panelized cold-formed steel: Engineered and factory-fabricated wall and floor systems that support efficient installation and consistent quality.
-Structural steel: Design, fabrication, and integration of steel framing for project-specific spans, loads, and architectural
requirements.
-Wood/CLT hybrid structures: Integration of wood and cross-laminated timber with cold-formed steel and structural steel to
meet the needs of the building.
-BIM and project coordination: Detailed modeling that connects structural design, fabrication, and coordination with the
broader project team.
This flexibility allows ElevenTen to help owners and design teams select the right structural approach early, resolve coordination
challenges before fabrication, and move into construction with a clearly defined building system.
A simpler path through public procurement
Sourcewell is a government service cooperative that conducts competitive solicitations and awards purchasing contracts
for participating public agencies.
Because Sourcewell has already completed the competitive solicitation, eligible agencies
may use the awarded contract without conducting a separate bidding process, where permitted by their applicable
procurement laws, policies, and funding requirements. This can reduce administrative effort and shorten the path from
project planning to procurement. For municipalities, educational institutions, and other public owners, the contract provides
access to a coordinated team for projects such as educational buildings, administrative offices, public-safety facilities, public
works buildings, and community facilities.
